  19. If anyone has sample scrips that:

  21. 1. dials from a DOS system into a UNIX system
  22.    at a set time (eg midnight).
  23. 2. transfers files from an upload directory on
  24.    UNIX to a download directory on DOS and visa versa.
  25. 3. if there is a problem it redials and continues
  26.    where it left off.
  27. 4. when done runs a batch file on DOS and a script file
  28.    on UNIX to do xyz with the data.
  29. 5. is reasonably secure.

  31. This would save me reinventing the wheel and would be
  32. greatly appreciated.
